YOGA

I have a passion for guiding people to achieve physical and emotional wellness through holistic practices.  My teaching style is gentle and reflective and offers you the space to find calm from your everyday busy life. My belief is that yoga should be taught so that it is accessible to everyone. My mission is to weave authentic yoga principles into today’s modern living to bring balance, peace and stability.
