Vikki Narayan is a yoga and wellness coach who is passionate about helping middle age women feel better in their bodies and calmer in their minds — one breath at a time.

She offers private, one-on-one yoga sessions — in person or online — designed around you. No crowded classes, no keeping up with anyone else. Just gentle, mindful movement that helps ease stress and improve how your body feels and moves day to day.

You don't need to be flexible. You don't need any experience. You just need to show up.
