6 Week Yoga Program

  • Intake Session: We start with an intake process to discuss movement practices, injuries, chronic pain etc.
  • 6 Private 1:1 Sessions: (60 minutes each)
  • Personalized Yoga Sequences created just for you
  • Breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness tools to support stress relief and focus
  • Reiki-infused relaxation for energetic balance
  • Between-Session Guidance to support your growth
