Curious about starting a yoga practice but not sure where to begin? This 45 minute one-time trial session is the perfect opportunity to explore yoga in a supportive, welcoming space. Whether you’re new to the practice or returning after some time, this session gives you a chance to experience how yoga can support your body, mind, and overall well-being.

Together, we’ll move through gentle postures, focus on breath awareness, and tune into how your body feels. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure way to see if this approach aligns with your needs and goals. Come as you are — all bodies, all levels welcome. Can be virtual or in person (This is a one time new student session)
